"I'll Make Love to You" was the lead single and 1994 number-one hit single by R&B group Boyz II Men from their second album II. Written by Babyface, the song set a record (fourteen weeks) for the most weeks at number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. This record was later broken by "One Sweet Day", a collaboration between Mariah Carey and themselves.

Fall Out Boy frontman, Patrick Stump played the riff from "Beat It" during soundcheck and the band began playing the song with him.
